Our returns policy
Shop with confidence with our 14-day returns policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply return your unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Returned items can be refunded or exchanged for store credit, which will be valid for one year. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchange on sale items.

Our 14-day return policy applies to full-priced items only.
Returned items must be in the original condition, with the original tags attached. The hygiene seal must still be in place and must not be removed at any stage. Ensure you wear undergarments if trying on items.
We will not accept items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items.
How to return an item?
Please send an email to email@example.com to lodge your return. Include your order number, details of the items you’re returning and, if applicable, the courier and tracking number of your shipment.
Ship your unworn items in the original packaging wherever possible. To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, please make sure to include your full name, address, contact number and order number with your shipment.
Items should be shipped to the address below. In order for your return to be valid, your items must arrive at this address within 14 days of your order delivery date:

Please note that you will be required to cover your own return shipping and packaging costs. Bastos Swimwear will not be held responsible if your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen.
Once we receive your items and verify your return, we will issue you a refund or exchange. Original shipping and packaging costs will not be reimbursed.
